We first met Jocelyn while purchasing our town house at Naval Square.  She was a part of that process 14 years ago.  Because of her expertise working with us then, we had absolutely no hesitancy in working with her again. She knows the neighborhood because she lives here. Naval Square is apart of her DNA. My husband and I have decided to move to a retirement community and needed to put our town house on the market to do so.  After one phone call, an appointment was made very quickly. She arrived at our home with comps of Naval Square, toured our home and proceeded to discuss the steps in moving forward.  Fortunately the appropriate time was now to get our house ready for the first open house.  She immediately contacted workers who were able to do the necessary upgrades to get our house ready for our first showing very quickly.  We were always kept In the loop of any progress. Jocelyn has expertise in multiple areas of her career but for us it was her ability to appropriately price our home.  Consequently, we sold our house quickly and received exactly what we wanted for it. Presently we are in our new home comforted by the smooth transition from Jocelyn’s wealth of knowledge and years of experience that made this happen.

Jocelyn checks all the boxes you want in a realtor. Of course, she is knowledgeable, but the depth of her knowledge about Naval Square in particular is simply astounding.
